Flowers have been linked with romance and fertility since time immemorial. They lend grace and elegance to any setting but they’re especially central to weddings.

As a wedding planner, I often advise brides to specify a colour scheme and a preferred flower variety but to be willing to trust the floral designer to substitute in the event that that flower in that colour is simply not available the week of the wedding.
After the theme colours and the preferred flower variety/ies, you need to decide which bouquet style you prefer. Most brides choose the posy style bouquet but sometimes girls will have posy style bouquets for their bridesmaids and the trail bouquet style for themselves. The girls travelled out to Sandy Island where the Ceremony was to take place by gondola and, after the beach photoshoot, the newlyweds and their guests cruised the beautiful Noosa River to their reception at the Boathouse Floating Restaurant.

Queenie also chose to carry the Calla Lily theme through to her wedding cake and the decorations at her Boathouse reception which were very capably handled by Uniquely You Noosa.
The other members of Queenie and Simon’s Noosa Wedding Ring team were Celebrant Tim Goessling CMC who officiated on Sandy Island, Craig of Brock Photography Noosa who starred behind the lens and Noosa VIP Limousines who added their usual touch of glamour to the occasion.
Queenie and Simon’s wedding was followed by a very happy celebration at the Boathouse and a long honeymoon.
Andrej of Artisan Photography was Kelly and Earl’s inspired choice of photographer for their Noosa beach wedding in Hidden Grove, overlooking Noosa Main Beach where popular Noosa Celebrant Tim Goessling CMC officiated midst decorations in willow green cleverly arranged by Uniquely You Noosa.
The couple had relaxed after their arrival in Noosa with massages by Dagmar of Be Vital Massage and, on their Big Day, De La Bertauche and So Very Feminine worked further magic in the hair and beauty department.
Noosa VIP Limousines ensured that Kelly and Earl travelled in style and ABIA award winning Wedding Planner Glenda McCallum co-ordinated the couple’s Intimate Noosa Beach Wedding Package for them.
Noosa’s Ultimate Florist created the floral arrangements of white orientals and orchids and Sam of Wild Bunch Weddings produced the action video for Kelly and Earl to show to family and friends unable to make it to Noosa on the day.
After the beach photoshoot, Earle and Kelly celebrated at River Deck Restaurant with their familes and friends.
Sascha and Nick chose Noosa Wedding Ring‘s popular Sand Between Your Toes Noosa Beach Wedding Package as the draft for their Noosa wedding.
For the Ceremony, the girls travelled out to Sandy Island with Gondolas of Noosa whereas the guys cruised out with Noosa Ferry Cruises . Uniquely You Noosa was responsible for the eyecatching decoration and Andrej of Artisan Photography starred behind the lens, charming not only the adults but also the children in the party. After the beach photoshoot, everyone cruised the beautiful Noosa River with Noosa Ferry Cruises.
On land again, they continued to travel in style – the bridal party with Noosa VIP Limousines and the guests with Storeyline Tours.
Sascha and Nick’s families and friends later enjoyed a private celebration after the day’s adventure on Sandy Island.
