Where to Begin? – this is the most common question when planning how your Wedding will look and feel.
I suggest using a Colour Palette!
By making up a board with your favourite colours, you will find it will all start to come together from your Bride and Maids’ Colours to your Wedding Cake and everything in between.
Here’s some suggestions to get you started. Please feel free to browse my Pinterest site at pinterest.com/weddingnoosa for everything you will need including Wedding Dresses, Bridal Party, Flower girls and Page boys, Flowers, Cakes, Hair Styles … you name it – it’s there.

What do Jimmy Barnes, Rex Hunt and Darlene Superstar have in common?
They all have boarded the ferry for a stunning Noosa wedding!
Noosa’s beautiful ferries have been creating that perfect wedding day “magic link” for many years. The boats connect the favourite places to take your vows in Noosa Heads – Main Beach, National Park and Woods Bay with the many restaurant venues along the river.
The ferries are the fun, easy and safe way for your bridal party and guests to arrive at the reception. The 1930’s style riverboats have London bus open top decks and undercover cushioned seating downstairs. Drinks are BYO and light catering can be arranged.
Options can include an interim cocktail cruise, allowing time for bridal photographs, with your ceremony on board at the river entrance or island. The bride can arrive by Gondola or classic mahogany speed boat. You also can arrange for a post-wedding breakfast cruise.
Guests on one ferry wedding, having boarded at the Sheraton jetty for a ”secret destination”, had the surprise of their lives as high heels and stockings were discarded after landing on a secluded sand island, with beach umbrellas, champagne and guitar music! The beautiful bride arrived by gondola and guests cheered as she was carried ashore by the groom. As everyone re-boarded for the reception (more champagne!), feet and clothes were dusted off in time to arrive at the local restaurant – a wedding remembered with delight by all.
Noosa is such a fabulous location with a great choice of venues for all budgets. Don’t forget to plan ahead and book your boat and reception early and stay relaxed – in Noosa we want your wedding day to be a happy one. Noosa Ferries are proud members of the Noosa Wedding Ring, a team of wedding professionals with many years of experience. Our Noosa Ferry team would love to help make your Noosa wedding perfect.
Cream Roses for Wedding BouquetRain stayed away just long enough!!A very happy Bride and Groom celebrated as rain loomed, minutes prior to the ceremony at Casuarina Gardens, Noosa Main Beach. Here’s the beautiful letter they sent afterwards.
Hi Glenda,
Thanks so much for all your help over the last three months. I loved every part of the wedding, everything you coordinated was perfect. It was most definitely the most romantic day of my life, it feels like a dream!
Trish and Stuart’s little attendants almost stole the show as part of the bridal party at their wedding. Noosa Wedding Ring’s Wedding Planner Glenda McCallum had helped Stuart and Trish plan a Beach/River Noosa Wedding Package with Cruise.
Trish carried a beautiful bouquet of white Orientals and blue Hydrangeas and the couple made their vows to each other in Laguna Grove overlooking Noosa Main Beach. After Trish and Stuart’s beach photo shoot, the newlyweds and their guests cruised the beautiful Noosa River to their waterfront reception venue.
