An ideal symbol of the beginning of your journey together
with the release of pure white doves at your Noosa wedding.
Recognised throughout the world as representations of peace, hope and love, doves are also symbolic of unity in marriage.
Doves are birds which bond with one partner for life.
During your Noosa wedding ceremony, the white doves often circle in the air around you and your guests before returning safely to their home.
An exquisite, unique complement to your ceremony, a dove release will be remembered always by you, your family and friends.

You and your partner can select to release the doves either with your own hands or to open the door of their ceremonial cage or basket to allow them to fly out.

It is your choice when to release the doves during your ceremony. Some couples wish to do so after signing the registry or others as they are leaving the church. The doves are beautifully presented in a ceremonial cage and you may choose where they are to be placed.

The doves are delivered in their ceremonial cage with their trainer. The trainer will be dressed for the occasion and be present to assist in the dove release, if required. Alternately, you may collect the doves from the trainer's home.
Although doves can fly in light rain, they cannot fly in heavy rain or strong winds. Your deposit will be refunded in full if the dove release is cancelled due to bad weather.

* For Noosa and surrounding areas
The price for two doves and their ceremonial cage or basket is $190. Extra doves are $10 each. A deposit of $30 is required prior to your ceremony.
We also offer a package of 10 doves for $250. This is ideal if you would like your bridal party to release a dove each as well.
* The doves are only trained to return home from within the Noosa Shire and surrounding area. We therefore cannot currently service the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
