Noosa Wedding Planning – Tide times for Noosa beach weddings

Noosa Wedding Ring advises that, in planning your Noosa beach wedding, you only really need to worry about tide times on the beach if you are planning to marry on Little Cove Beach where there is often not a lot of sand left exposed at high tide. Little Cove Beach is very attractive but, as well as the necessity to schedule your ceremony around the low tide time, there’s also the problem of access both for vehicles and for elderly/infirm guests (Or even those in fashionably high heels!).

On Noosa Main Beach, the ceremony venues such as the Casuarina Garden are set among the natural vegetation overlooking the beach and there’s still sand available on the beach at high tide for the photoshoot after the ceremony.

To check out the tide times for Little Cove Beach, go to www.bom.gov.au/oceanography/tides/ . When asked to select a location, choose <Queensland> and submit. On the next screen, choose <Noosa Head> (No ‘s’ ) as the location together with the start date of your choice.

Noosa Beach Weddings – Sue and Jason’s Noosa wedding

Noosa Wedding Ring photographer Andrej of Artisan Photography is well known for his European style and artistry but on Sue and Jason’s Noosa beach wedding day Andrej also demonstrated his interest in people and his outstanding ability to capture happiness and family relationships.

Sue and Jason’s Noosa Main Beach wedding was just beautiful … very joyful and their children’s delight in the occasion inspiring to watch. Sue said afterwards ‘Jason and I will remember our wedding day forever and always. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for what we wanted. We were honoured to be able to share our special day with our families and close friends who had travelled from the UK and New Zealand. Our wedding day was fantastic … Jason , myself and all our guests were most impressed with the boat ride up the Noosa River, they all still talk about it to this day.’

So Very Feminine did the honours in the hair and makeup department and Noosa Ferry Cruises provided an unforgettable Noosa experience for the newlyweds and their guests, cruising from Noosa Heads to the riverfront reception. For interstate and overseas guests in particular, the combination of a Noosa beach wedding and Noosa’s beautiful river is really very special!
