Noosa Weddings – Carole and Jason’s Noosa beach wedding

Sunday, July 18th, 2010

Carole and Jason eloped to Noosa for a wedding that both they and the Noosa Wedding Ring team thoroughly enjoyed.  After they arrived in Noosa, the couple relaxed with a massage from Dagmar of Be Vital Massage.

On their wedding day, Carole had lots of fun with Debb of  Beauty on the Move and she and Jason enjoyed the limousine provided by Noosa VIP Limousines.

At the wedding ceremony in the Casuarina Grove, Celebrant Hari Scholes CMC officiated and photographer Andrej of Artisan Photography and videographer Wayne of  Noosa Video Productions enjoyed recording the couple’s happiness and Carole’s stunning dress plus beautiful Oriental Lily posy created by Chris of the Ultimate Florist.

ABIA award winning Wedding Planner Glenda McCallum reported that this was another very happy Noosa Wedding Ring wedding.  Our congratulations to Carole and Jason!

Noosa Beach Weddings – Queenie and Simon’s Noosa wedding

Thursday, July 15th, 2010

Noosa Wedding Ring Wedding Planner Glenda McCallum helped Queenie and Simon plan their Noosa beach wedding using our Sand Between Your Toes Wedding Package draft.  The girls travelled out to Sandy Island where the Ceremony was to take place by gondola and, after the beach photoshoot, the newlyweds and their guests cruised the beautiful Noosa River to their reception at the Boathouse Floating Restaurant.

Queenie and Simon said  ‘We were so delighted we chose Noosa Wedding Ring to co-ordinate our very special day, Glenda my coordinator was very reliable, efficient, helpful and friendly which made all the planning smooth sailing.  Glenda’s experience and professionalism really shone through with providing the very best service and suppliers to make our day absolutely magical!’

So Very Feminine and De La Bertauche were in charge in the Hair and Beauty department and the Ultimate Florist created the stunning bouquets of Calla Lilies.  Queenie also chose to carry the Calla Lily theme through to her wedding cake and the decorations at her Boathouse reception which were very capably handled by Uniquely You Noosa.

The other members of Queenie and Simon’s Noosa Wedding Ring team were Celebrant Tim Goessling CMC who officiated on Sandy Island, Craig of Brock Photography Noosa who starred behind the lens and Noosa VIP Limousines who added their usual touch of glamour to the occasion.

Queenie and Simon’s wedding was followed by a very happy celebration at the Boathouse and a long honeymoon.

Noosa Wedding Planning – Tide times for Noosa beach weddings

Thursday, July 1st, 2010

Noosa Wedding Ring advises that, in planning your Noosa beach wedding, you only really need to worry about tide times on the beach if you are planning to marry on Little Cove Beach where there is often not a lot of sand left exposed at high tide.  Little Cove Beach is very attractive but, as well as the necessity to schedule your ceremony around the low tide time, there’s also the problem of access both for vehicles and for elderly/infirm guests (Or even those in fashionably high heels!).

On Noosa Main Beach, the ceremony venues such as the Casuarina Garden are set among the natural vegetation overlooking the beach and there’s still sand available on the beach at high tide for the photoshoot after the ceremony.

To check out the tide times for Little Cove Beach, go to www.bom.gov.au/oceanography/tides/ . When asked to select a location, choose <Queensland> and submit. On the next screen,  choose <Noosa Head> (No ‘s’ ) as the location together with the start date of your choice.

Happy wedding planning!
