The Boathouse Floating Restaurant is the ultimate reception venue superbly located right on the Noosa River with panoramic water views. Whether you are interested in sunset cocktails, an intimate breakfast, elegant sit down dinner party or a stand up cocktail party, The Boathouse can accommodate any style of function.
The River Room
Our over water function room located on the middle level of The Boathouse is one of the most unique venues on the Sunshine Coast. Recently renovated, The River Room offers light wide open spaces to capture and maximize the breathtaking 180 degree views of the Noosa River. This venue can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit down occasion or up to 180 guests for a stand up cocktail style function.
The Bridge Bar
The Bridge Bar is situated on the top level of The Boathouse. It features timber paneling with soft modern furnishings. This level has a balcony buit off the room to extend the entertaining space and allow your guests to enjoy uninterrupted views up and down the Noosa River. With spectacular sunset viewing this venue can cater to stand up cocktail functions for up to 60.

The Boathouse works together with various wedding decorators and we can arrange boat charters, live entertainment and any other details your require to ensure your wedding day is as individual as you are.
Menu Options
The Boathouse Floating Restaurant has a variety of menu options in which we can cater for your wedding day. We can assist you with a 3 course alternate serve, a 3 course choice of menu in our Function Room or cocktails and canapés in the Bridge Bar. Prices are as follows:
Canapés (Stand Up Functions) - $5 per piece per person
Choose from our variety of hot and cold canapé options with a minimum selection of five items.
Pre Dinner Canapés - $3 per piece per person
Choose from our variety of hot and cold canapé options.
Premier - $65pp
A selection of two dishes from entrée, main and dessert to be served alternately.
Deluxe - $75pp
The guests have a choice of two entrées, two mains and two desserts.
Exclusive - $95pp
The guests have a choice of two entrées, two mains and two desserts from our Head Chef's exclusive seafood and local produce menu.
